Ordering

Payment

I accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and PayPal. Checks must be made payable to Elia Bizzarri. PayPal payments are subject to a 5% surcharge to cover my expenses and bother. Chair orders require a 20% deposit with the remainder due on delivery. North Carolina residents owe 7.75% sales tax on the total order (including shipping fees).

Shipping

When ordering, include the street address (not a PO Box) you want the package shipped to. Most items are made to order and will be shipped in two to three weeks. Chairs can take up to six months.

The following chart applies to everything except chairs and green wood rivings.

under $100 - add $13 shipping
under $150 - add $15 shipping
under $200 - add $17 shipping
over $200 - tell me what you are ordering, and I'll figure up the price

Orders for Rivings

I charge actual shipping costs plus a packing fee. This fee varies from $10 to $30 depending on the time it takes to package the order. After I ship the order, I will e-mail you a bill for the total of the wood, packing and shipping. Rivings are always shipped in a separate package from other items to prevent damage.
